Rex Goryance – President/Owner – Semi-retired – Rex@paulich.com
Rex started working for Paulich in trophies and awards when he was in high school in 1969. Over the years he became the plaque and awards manager, sales manager, vice president and finally president.
Rex purchased the company from John Paulich about 25 years ago and the building from his children in 2013. He’s tried to run the business as Mr. Paulich did. We always keep our customer’s needs above our own. Our business is promoting your business. Rex hopes to pass on these values to his son and his current staff. Thanks a million.

Jake Goryance – Office Manager/VP –– Jake@paulich.com – started with Paulich Specialty when he was 16 years old. He began in the warehouse printing t-shirts when he was in high school and has since been promoted to his current position of Office Manager. Jake is responsible for maintaining the entire office. He orders supplies, receives & enters orders, and occasionally still prints t-shirts when needed. A true utility player for Paulich, Jake goes where he is needed and wears a lot of different hats. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Jake is ready to help you with all of your promotional needs.

Andrew Walland – Awards and Trophies Manager/Shipping Clerk – Andrew@paulich.com – Andrew has been working at Paulich for 7 years now. Another graduate of Bowling Green State University, he started out in the warehouse with responsibilities like pulling orders from inventory, boxing merchandise up, and making sure all packages arrive to their destinations in a timely manner. He has also been Paulich’s delivery driver and t-shirt printer during that time. While still maintaining these responsibilities, Andrew has recently taken over the role of Awards and Trophies Manager. This involves taking orders for all kinds of awards, whether it be personalized crystal, plaques, or medals, Andrew is here to help. We also offer additional engraved pieces like plastic nametags, brass plates, and trophies. If you have any promotional needs, awards or otherwise, please feel free to contact Andrew and he will do his best to get you what you need.

Brittney Apger – Account Executive – Brittney@paulich.com – Brittney has been with the company for 2 years. She took over for Jake on the RIDGID account when he was promoted to Office Manager and has done a wonderful job since joining the team. Boasting over 11 years of customer service experience, Brittney is eager and happy to help with anything she can!

Nicki Knecht – Account Executive- Nicki@paulich.com– Nicki joined the Paulich Family 2 years ago. She currently manages ParkerStore as well as the I Am Parker accounts. Nicki has also taken on the responsibility of paying the company vendor bills. We recently created an Instagram page for Paulich and Nicki is in charge of keeping it up-to-date with new ideas and products. She’s always ready to help where help is needed!

Sherri Trivisonno – Sales – Sherri@paulich.com – Celebrating more than 20 years at Paulich, Sherri brings 25+ years of trusted experience in all aspects of production, sales, graphic design and quality control. She is known for finding businesses and organizations, “just the right imprinted promotional products to meet your marketing needs.” Considered an expert in our industry,  a dedicated leader and sales rep, Sherri provides fresh IDEAS, quotes, mock up designs, hands on product inspection, tracking to-your-door, and follow-through on every order!

Willie Nichols – Sales – Willie@paulich.com – Willie has also been with Paulich for over 20 years. He has seen the company transform through the years and has been a loyal and dependable sales since he was hired.

Mike Piper – Awards and Trophies – Mike@paulich.com – Mike has been with Paulich for over 35 years. He is the one who handles all of the engraving and assembly of awards here in the warehouse. Mike started at Paulich when we were located in Cleveland many years ago. He is a wonderful person and an even better employee. Mike is here for all of your engraving and award needs.

Suzy Maul – Parker Account Executive – Suzy@paulich.com – Suzy has been with Paulich for 22 years and has worked on the Parker Hannifin account since she was hired. She has helped organize, curate, and update the Parker Merchandise website that we operate here at Paulich. Suzy is a very valuable member of the team and is an extremely hard worker. She has built a lot of personal relationships with Parker Employees over the years and many Parker employees ask for her by name when placing an order.

Janice Pasquale – Accounting/Office Executive– Janice@paulich.com – Janice has been with Paulich for 33 years. She handles a lot of the banking responsibilities as well as ordering stock, pulling orders, and receiving invoice payments. She has taken on a lot of roles over the years and seen her responsibilities and daily tasks evolve over time. She is a valued and trusted member of the Paulich family and can assist you with whatever you need.
